This qualification is designed to make candidates efficient in combining their work experience with practical skills and quality in the field of leadership and management. At this stage of work in enterprise level, individual needs to take initiative and show some judgement skill in proper planning, organizing and implementing of different work procedures. Apart from monitoring their own workload the candidate also needs to take responsibility of outputs coming from other individuals working in the team. Often, their communication skills play a very important role in supporting the skills of all members in a team working under them.
