This course is specially designed for candidates who want to acquire sound theoretical knowledgebase in international business management and demonstrate a range of managerial and leadership skills to ensure that the international business activities are conducted effectively in the organization. It provides training on how to manage quality customer service, budgets and financial plans, people performance, operational plans, develops Information or Knowledge management system and workplace learning environment. Typically, the candidate will be responsible for the work of other staffs and will lead the teams in conducting international business activities.
