Advanced Diploma of Leadership and Management


This qualification is purposefully designed to develop and implement business and strategic plan, and to manage business risks, and resources. Candidates can apply their experience in leadership and management across a range of industry contexts. At this stage of work, individual needs to show some judgement skills in different business conditions. Apart from maintaining their own work the candidate also needs to monitor outputs coming from other team members. The candidate will use their cognitive, creative, conceptual, and communication skills to respond to complex problems.

  • Has successfully passed the Myanmar Matriculation Examination (11 Years of Education) or has gained the High School Leaving Certificate or equivalent.
  • Has an IELTS overall score of 5 and has achieved 5.0 or above to progress on to the next qualification (IELTS exam cost is to be bored by the student).
  • Successfully completed ACCIT Foundation Course and Diploma of Leadership and Management.

 

26 weeks (Full Time) 

Class room based

There are 12 units of competency that must be completed as part of this qualification.

  3. Provide leadership across the organisation  
  4. Develop and maintain a customer engagement marketing strategy  
  5. Contribute to organisation development 
  6. Develop and implement a business plan  
  7. Design and manage the enterprise quality management system  
  8. Develop and implement corporate social responsibility  
  9. Establish and maintain strategic networks  
  10. Forecast and plan using customer engagement traffic information analysis 
  11. Manage human resources strategic planning  
  12. Manage resources
